Patients booked the wrong specialist about a third of the time, wasting appointment slots and frustrating both sides.
What we did
- Designed a calm, accessible patient experience in Figma and tested it with real patients
- Built one Flutter app for iOS and Android with video calls, chat and e-prescriptions
- Trained a triage model on anonymised historical bookings to suggest the right specialty
- Kept a doctor in the loop for every AI suggestion
The results
Misrouted appointments dropped sharply and the app launched on both stores within one quarter.
